Direction, not shipped capability
A command-line surface for agents and automation, a mobile client centred on the assistant, and extension hooks for payroll calculation.
What it does
Every consequential change waits for a person.
- One system owns the employee record end to end, from recruitment through leave, attendance, payroll, and tax declarations, so authority and audit are never split across tools.
- A workflow engine behind approvals: self-service changes wait for administrative approval, documents pass a verification queue, and payroll runs are restricted to administrators.
- Each tenant's data is isolated at three separate layers, every event lands in the audit trail, and the browser session never holds a token.
- An HR assistant that answers questions by calling the same operations a person would, under that person's own permissions.
What makes it agent-era
The assistant cannot exceed the person.
Approvals stay with people
Leave, profile changes, documents, and payroll keep a human decision in the path, with idempotent recorded outcomes.

Authorisation is evaluated against a declared manifest of operations resolved from Auth policy, fail-closed.
